Changes are coming to trash and recycling collection days

Watch your mailbox for a letter with details on pickup day changes

Beginning the week of September 30, many Rogue Disposal & Recycling customers will experience a change in pickup days for weekly trash and recycling service. The changes are being made to address route safety concerns and to minimize truck traffic in specific neighborhoods. The change in collection days impacts trash and recycling service, as well as yard debris pickup for those with that service. We are making every effort to notify each customer and landlord who is directly impacted by this change.

Will my collection day change?

The letter you receive in the mail will let you know if your service day is changing. Along with a new service day, your letter will clearly show you the last day of your old schedule and the first day of your new schedule — for trash, recycling and yard debris service. And while the letters are going out soon, please note that service changes do not begin until the week of September 30.

Are all Rogue Disposal & Recycling customers changing collection days?

No. But the majority of customers will see a change to the day their trash and recycling are picked up. We understand this may not be easy, as you have most likely had the same service day for years, and it may require an adjustment to your routine.

How can I find out more information?

The letter sent to you will contain schedule changes specific to your address. To view your service calendar, you can download the Rogue Disposal app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app will feature your collection schedule and will be updated with new route information the week of September 30. You can also visit us at www.roguedisposal.com/resources/recycling-schedule to view and print your collection calendar.
