You will need your current customer number and access code from your recent statement – click for an example
(Your access code is only needed when first signing on).
Each time you make a payment, simply log into your account using your email address and password (from the PAY MY BILL button in the top right of this site or from the home page). Go to the Make Payment button, and provide your payment information.
Please allow 48 hours for payments to post to your account.
Please note: If your service has been stopped, please contact our Customer Service department at 541-779-4161 to make payment arrangements. Payment must be made in full to resume service and late fees may apply. Thank you!
Download and complete our Auto Pay Signup Form* and return by mail to have payments automatically deducted from your bank or credit card account (detailed instructions included on the form).
